Thank you to all the volunteers, the Town of Caledon and Satch their wonderful employee. Thank you to Doug Beffort who helped co-ordinate with the town. Doug along with Satch, Wade Domet and Ian MacCallum drove “umpteen” trips to the Caledon Recycling Centre. It was rainy but we were all able to stay warm thanks to coffee provided by the Higher Ground. Volunteers Cara and Jenn on Pinnacle Street were absolutely amazing with their knowledge and skill. Volunteers cleaned up the area around Belfountain Public School, Bush, Pinnacle and Scott Streets as well as parts of River Road. We gathered and piled debris and brush along Caledon Mountain Estates so it is to ready for pickup. Doug Beffort is organizing to have remaining debris picked up at Caledon Mountain Estates with a crew and a chipper as soon as a crew is available. Please be patient, more clean up is being scheduled.
