NOTICE: Belfountain Community Organization (BCO)

Annual General Meeting 2016

1. BCO Board of Directors Elections will be held:
   • Tuesday
   • January 26^th, 2016
   • 7:00PM
   • Belfountain Inn – coffee and cookies served
2. Calls for Nominations have been:
   • Posted on Belfountain.ca and emailed to the current distribution list
3. Rules for the Election Procedure
   • To be able to stand for election, a resident must be a registered BCO member, 48 hours in advance of the AGM
   • Must attend the AGM meeting and have agreed in writing to serve on the board
   • No proxies will be accepted.
