Project Update

Belfountain Rehabilitation and Corridor Improvements, Town of Caledon, Project 14-4065

 This notice provides the Belfountain community an update on the Project 14-4065: Belfountain Rehabilitation and Improvements, Town of Caledon.

The Region of Peel retained Four Seasons Site Development Ltd. to undergo construction in Belfountain. The construction works started August,12^th,2024, and since then Four Seasons has progressed well with their works.

Schedule For Construction Activities

 Below are outstanding construction activities and expected completion dates for each.

Please note that these timelines are tentative to several factors such as contractors progress, weather, and varying site conditions. Actual start and completion dates may vary.

 Driveway Apron Paving

Before starting the paving work, the Region’s site representative will discuss with property owners about how much of their apron will be paved. Usually, gravel driveway aprons are paved up to the property line, but due to community feedback requesting less paving, the Region will collaborate with property owners to adjust the extent of the paving.

The Region of Peel is committed to providing you periodic updates as the works progress. The next project update notice will be provided prior to the start of paving works.
