    • Table the current slate of candidates that have submitted nominations to serve on the Board.
    • NOTE: If there are MORE than (15) fifteen registered residents running for Director positions, an election will take place. Each running nominee will stand, identify themselves and give a brief 2-minute profile on themselves, community involvement/ contributions.
    • Hold election for the Board of Directors 2022, Judy Mabee to explain process.
    • Results of election announced. Request a motion from the floor for the acceptance of the newly elected Board of Directors 2022.
    • NOTE: If less than 15 nominations are received by the Secretary as of 7 p.m. May 2, 2022, a Motion to Acclaim will be requested from residents in attendance.
  • The Board, Updated Bylaws and the need for volunteers
