Port Dover Motorcycle Rally

It was a fine day that day; one of the few we have had this spring...and Belfountain was a quiet hamlet indeed. Apparently most of the motorcycle owners in Southern Ontario descended on Port Dover. Here are a few pics taken by a resident of Belfountain who recently moved to the Port Dover area. Thank you LB for sharing these with us. It's certainly an event for all types of riders; touring and sport bikes; a show, a tradeshow; and a place to see and been seen, for voyeurs of all sorts it seems...It was a noisy affair while it lasted, and apparently not as busy as last August 2010, according to sources, including the Toronto Star Wheels Section...Besides lots of bikes and people, and some interesting characters; there is a hint of some good organization and signage, yes I realize they have done this many times.

Port Dover appears to have the organization and capacity to deal with such an onslaught. Good for them?
