The BCO was
originally formed to stop an unacceptable subdivision
from being developed at the south end of Belfountain.
This development is known as Enterac. The subdivision
has not yet been built. The plans for the subdivision
have been changed by the developer, with input
from the BCO, into a more acceptable plan.
Since
it's inception, the BCO has evolved into an
organization that also strives to improve the
Belfountain community through various undertakings
and events.
